Growth Marketing Assistant

As a Growth Marketing Assistant (fully remote) at Black Winch, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our marketing ('Claim our Space') strategy. We are looking for a self-starter, energetic and ambitious growth marketer with proven experience in growth and digital marketing. What you will do: 
Growth Marketing:
  • Conduct desk research to regularly identify relevant prospects (accounts / leads).
  • Assist in developing and executing compelling email outreach sequences.
  • Support the set up and management of automated campaigns using tools like Lemlist.
  • Track campaign performance and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
Content Marketing:
  • Collaborate on producing engaging blog articles, whitepapers, newsletters, videos etc.
  • Create impactful materials, visuals, and flip books.
  • Regularly update and manage our content calendar to ensure we cover the leading events within our ecosystem.
Website Management:
  • Oversee the maintenance and updates of the Black Winch website.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Make sure fresh content is regularly uploaded onto the Black Winch website.
Social Media Management:
  • Write engaging posts and support our personal branding strategy.
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging presence on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Track engagement and reply to comment
CSR communications
  • Manage our CSR communication and 1% for the planet contribution.
  • Identify relevant CSR initiatives for us to engage with.
  • Help put together our CSR annual report.
Desk Research:
  • Identify global events to integrate into the marketing strategy.
  • Conduct desk research to keep a close eyes on emerging trends.
  • Create a competitor watch to ensure we have a full overview of our ecosystem.
Sales Support:
  • Support sales efforts by bringing concepts to life in presentations and proposals.
Event Coordination:
  • Help find and organize events, webinars and podcasts.
  • Manage logistics, communication with guests, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Measure and analyze the success of events.

The tools you will be using: 
  • Google Slides, Trello, Slack, Buffer, Webflow, Canva, Pipedrive, Lemlist, LinkedIn.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a consulting or B2B environment.
  • Based in Europe.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Fluency in English is a must. French would be an advantage.
  • Awareness and interest in subscription market trends and applications.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile.
