What comes to mind when I think of Black Winch? We are a team of very experienced and skilled international As-A-Service Experts that work together in a global, liberated hands-on manner. Together we shorten our customer's business model migration from product selling to As-A-Service selling. Obviously we get paid for sharing our expertise via a subscription model and achieving mutual pre-agreed KPI's.
