About Black Winch

Black Winch is the world's exclusive authority in As-A-Service solutions.

We engage, inspire, and empower organisations to realise their Everything-As-A-Service (XaaS) ambitions by helping them build and scale their in-house recurring revenue models.

Our mission: To transform how businesses generate value by enabling sustainable growth through Product-As-A-Service, SaaS, and Everything-As-A-Service (XaaS), powered by innovative tools, proven frameworks, and hands-on execution.‍

About the role

The End-of-Term (EoT) Project Manager makes sure the return and refresh of customer assets runs smoothly from start to finish.

Acting as the main link between the customer, funders, ITAD partners and internal teams, the EoT Project Manager plans ahead, coordinates everyone involved and solves issues when they arise.

The goal is simple: make asset returns easy for the customer, on time and at the best possible value.

This is a hands-on role. The EoT Project Manager needs to be organised, responsive and comfortable dealing with unexpected situations. When something goes wrong, they take ownership and find a solution.

They are also the main point of contact for funders and asset managers on all End-of-Term topics.

The bigger purpose: circularity

This role goes beyond managing asset returns.

Every successful End-of-Term creates an opportunity to extend the life of an asset, give it a second life and reduce unnecessary waste.

By making returns and refreshes work smoothly, the EoT Project Manager helps move from a traditional buy, use, replace model towards a more circular one, where assets are kept in use longer and their value is preserved.

Ultimately, the role helps turn circularity into something that happens in practice, not just on paper.
