About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Development Representative (RDR) to drive early-stage business development initiatives and fuel Black Winch’s next phase of growth across both  our consulting services and XaaS CPQ platform.

You will work directly with the founders. No layers. No waiting.

You own the top and mid stages of the SQL funnel. From first signal to Discovery and Champion building, using MEDDPICC.

You will identify opportunities, generate leads, qualify prospects, and shape complex value propositions across consulting, outsourcing, and digital CPQs platform. 

What you will own

1. Business development & pipeline generation

  • Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities across XaaS markets.

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline via targeted outbound outreach, social selling, and relationship development.

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies.

  • Conduct market intelligence research to uncover initiatives, buying triggers, financial constraints, and stakeholder dynamics.

2. MEDDPICC sales methodology (Identify → Discover → Champion)

  • Lead SQLs through the early sales stages: identifying initiatives, conducting discovery, and building champions to secure  the value proposition and closing phases together with our founders
  • Lead early sales conversations following MEDDPICC methodology. 

3. Value proposition shaping collaboration

  • Collaborate with founders and Sales consultants  to tailor messaging and proposals based on discovery insights, following the Value Selling principles .
  • Share field intelligence to refine our go-to-market and service offerings.
  • Co-build value propositions with founders and help develop sales strategies to close deals.

4. Collaboration & reporting

  • Take ownership of the leads and opportunities by maintaining accurate CRM (Pipedrive) documentation and clear reporting.
  • Align with sales team on pipeline prioritization and sales strategy.
  • Partner with marketing to enhance outreach, content relevance, and lead-gen effectiveness.

The experience that counts

  • Expert-level business development experience in SaaS, finance, leasing, or subscription-based environments.
  • Ideally Netherlands-based (e.g. Amsterdam)
  • Strong lead generation expertise, including outbound campaign design and optimization.
  • Real sales and revenue development acumen
  • Hands-on mastery of tools such as:

    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apollo.io
    • Lemlist, Hobspot or similar platforms.

  • Proven track record in cold outreach, email sequences, multichannel nurture, and sales intelligence.
    Strong ability to conduct discovery, stakeholder mapping and qualified SQLs generation. 
  • Understanding of complex partners ecosystems
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methods
  • Excellent English communication 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, multicultural environment.
