The Servitization Bootcamp is a one-day working session for leaders responsible for building and scaling As-a-Service businesses.
We start with real-world experience from companies such as Rolls-Royce and Kaer, looking beyond where their service businesses are today to understand how they got there.
We will time travel through the key moments. Where did they start? What went wrong? What changed as they grew? Which challenges emerged at different stages? And what would they do differently today?
We will then draw out the patterns and lessons, using practical frameworks from Black Winch and the Advanced Services Group to help participants make sense of what they have heard and apply it to their own As-a-Service ambitions.
This is where your challenges become the agenda.
In the afternoon, three to four businesses will take the Hot Chair and have 10 minutes to expose a real As-a-Service challenge they are facing.
