Lead the shift to recurring revenue

To meet rising demand, we’re looking for a seasoned As-a-Service Expert to help us scale.
You’ll take a frontline role in both client acquisition and delivery: working hands-on with manufacturers to reshape how they sell, price, and scale recurring revenue.

What you’ll be doing
This role blends business development, client delivery, and customer success. You’ll lead strategic conversations, drive execution, and help clients build strong recurring revenue engines.
A typical week include:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Reach out to manufacturers using your personal network, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits.
- Coordinate with Black Winch's marketing and sales teams on structured outreach campaigns.
- Qualify opportunities, book meetings, and run discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
Client Engagement & Delivery
You’ll collaborate with—or act as—the Client Success Manager (CSM) to support clients throughout their As-A-Service journey. That includes:
- Leading meetings and workshops on recurring revenue strategy and transformation planning.
- Helping shape and implement sales strategies: go-to-market planning, pricing models, commercial positioning etc.
- Providing sales enablement support: playbooks, tools, talk tracks, and customer-facing materials, supported by the Black Winch’s marketing team.
- Offering deal support: help your client’s sales teams price, present, and negotiate their recurring revenue offers.
- Coaching client teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align and succeed.
Internal Collaboration
- Weekly 1:1s with your contact at Black Winch to align on goals, accounts, and opportunities.
- Monday sales check points ‘One Mile Further’ call, to review the pipeline, present your SQLs, recent movements, and updates.
- Monday team syncs 'Catch of the Week’ and ‘Inspiration Sessions’ to know your remote colleagues better, share personal anecdotes etc.
- Quarterly “All Hands” company meetings with full transparency on performance, strategy, and future direction.
What you bring
- 10+ years of experience in leasing, equipment finance, or recurring revenue model development.
- Proven experience selling to or working within manufacturing industries, (including but not limited to healthcare, IT, industrial and energy).
- A strong network of OEM/manufacturer contacts and the confidence to activate it.
- A hands-on mindset: you can prospect, consult, sell, and deliver comfortably.
- An open mind and a desire to keep learning, even after a successful career.
